
Refund Policy
At Chaletia, we are committed to providing quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, we will do everything we can to resolve the issue. However, it is important to fully understand our refund policies.
1. General refund policy
We offer a 14-day cancellation period after you subscribe to our services, during which you can request a full refund. After this period, payments made for our services are non-refundable, except in the cases mentioned below.
2. Conditions for a refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
You must submit a refund request within 14 days of subscribing or receiving your first invoice. This request can be sent by email to [email@email.com] with a clear description of the problem.
The service has not been used, or has been used minimally. If you have already used a significant portion of the service, a full refund will not be possible.
You must provide evidence that the services provided by Chaletia do not meet the expectations set at the time of subscription, or that significant errors have been made on our part (for example, major malfunctions that have not been corrected within a reasonable time).
3. Specific cases of reimbursement
Certain exceptional situations may result in a refund, including:
Billing error: If you have been billed in error for a service you did not request or subscribe to, a full refund will be issued.
Unavailability of service: If Chaletia cannot provide the agreed services within a reasonable time due to major technical problems or any other reason beyond your control, you can request a refund for the period in question.
Canceling a service before activation: If you have subscribed to a service that has not yet been activated, you can request a full refund. This applies to annual subscriptions or free trials.
4. Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund, here's how it will work:
You must submit your refund request by sending an email to info@chaletia.ca, explaining the situation and providing all necessary information.
Once your request is received and approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
5. Exceptions to the refund policy
Services already used: If you have actively used our services (for example, by coordinating bookings, allowing access to your property via our systems, etc.), no refund will be issued for the period of use.
Promotions and free trials: Services provided during a free trial or as part of special promotions are non-refundable, except in the case of a billing error.
Extended subscription periods: Subscriptions that have been automatically renewed or extended cannot be cancelled or refunded after 14 days following renewal, unless you cancelled your subscription before the renewal date.
6. Cancellation of a service
If you wish to cancel a service before it is activated, please contact us by email at info@chaletia.ca. Cancellation before activation may result in a full refund, subject to the conditions outlined above. If you cancel a service while it is in progress, you will not receive a refund for the period already used.
